Contract Title: Preparation of Urban- technical Conditions
Contract Description: The Project will finance the installation of EE measures in up to 20 buildings in order to achieve the reduction of energy consumption and cost savings. The Project is also expected to reduce CO2 emissions and achieve a higher standard of heating and cooling, and thus, better comfort for the users of these public buildings. Only buildings with energy consumption savings of at least 20% and CO2 reduction of at least 20% will be eligible.
