Reason for Addendum: Notice of Termination of the Contract
Since the Contract did not come into force within the time period referred to in Clause 12.1 of the SCC, PC Motorways of the FBH declares the Contract to be null and void
The date of termination and nullity of the Contract is the date that falls on the twenty-second day from the date of receipt of the Notice i.e. 22/02/2020
The nullity of the Contract implies that no legal consequences have occured to either Party of the Contract
There were no costs under the Contract
