1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

Additional financing information:
EBRD Loan up to EUR 11 million. VAT will be covered by the Client ZICG. The Project will also be supported with some grants to cover the consultancy assignments.

Project Description:
Procurement of the following goods:

1. Track Tamping Machine
2. Heavy rail machinery (OCL Draisine, Track Draisine)
3. Light rail machine, and equipment for accessory train
4. Rail Excavator with connections (dual mode- road /rail)

3. Other Information

Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.
