General Procurement Notice

1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

Additional financing information:
A non-sovereign unsecured corporate loan of up to EUR 20 million to Elektroprenos-Elektroprijenos BiH a.d Banja Luka (TransCo or the Company), the Transmission System Operator (TSO) in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) for the modernisation and upgrading of the Company’s core telecommunications systems (the Project).

2. Information on the Project

Project Description:
The Project will comprise the following:
a) Acquisition and installation of a new telecommunications system;
b) Installation of back-up power supplies in sub-stations to ensure system reliability; and
c) Reconstruction of data centres in the HQ and the regional operating regions.

Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.
