1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

A loan from EBRD and an investment grant from the Government of The Netherlands

2. Information on the Project

Project Description:
The project will finance the procurement of equipment to implement the emergency repairs and restoration of the Ukrainian power transmission system, damaged during the ongoing war. The project will enable National Power Company 'Ukrenergo' to secure uninterrupted energy supply to the population and businesses throughout the country and ensure the stability of Ukraine’s energy system. The equipment will include but not be limited to the following:

- Autotransformers 750 kV 333 MVA (single-phase)
- Autotransformers 330 kV - 220 kV 125-250 MVA (three-phase)
- Shunt Reactors 750 kV & Phase Shifting Transformers 110 kV 92 MVA (single-phase)
- Transformers 150 kV - 6 kV & Regulating transformers 35 kV (three-phase)
- Circuit breakers 750 kV - 35 kV
- Disconnectors 750 kV - 35 kV
- Instrument transformers 750 kV - 35 kV
- Surge arresters 750 kV - 6 kV
- Relay Protection & Emergency Automation

Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.
