1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named contract(s).

2. Information on the Procurement Exercise

Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.

The number and titles of contracts (lots) for which the Tender Documents are issued - five (5):
LOT 1 – Supply of Metal Structures Required for Remediation of DSU Tank 3A at Andreeva Bay;
LOT 2 – Supply of Vacuum Unit Required for Remediation of DSU Tank 3A at Andreeva Bay;
LOT 3 – Supply of Instruments, Tools and Accessories Required for Remediation of DSU Tank 3A at Andreeva Bay;
LOT 4 –Supply of Demolition Robot with Accessories Required for Remediation of DSU Tank 3A at Andreeva Bay;
LOT 5 – Supply of Lifting Accessories Required for Remediation of DSU Tank 3A at Andreeva Bay.

The Related Services to be provided under the contracts (lots):
- Development of sets of documentation;
- Supplier’s management and coordination activities to arrange the supply of the Goods;
- Conducting tests of the Goods;
- Monitoring and update of the Implementation Programme;
- Delivery and unloading of the Goods at the place of destination.

The expected contract start date is: 25.12.2020.
