1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named contract(s).

2. Information on the Procurement Exercise

Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.

Un accord en date du 27 Mars 2020 entre le Royaume du Maroc et la Banque Européenne pour la Reconstruction et le Développement, une institution financière internationale établie en vertu de l’Accord portant création de la Banque européenne pour la reconstruction et le développement, un traité multilatéral signé à Paris le 29 mai 1990, dont le siège est sis à l’adresse One Exchange Square, London EC2A 2JN, Royaume-Uni, la Banque a convenu de mettre le financement à la disposition de l’Entité Souveraine dans le but de financer MAROC : PROJET DE CONSERVATION DE L’EAU SAÏSS ET GARET - Numéro d’opération 51223.

Le contrat est co-financé par la Union Européenne.
