The Participant Helpdesk is open from 08:00am to 18:00pm (UK time) Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays. If you require help with the operation of ECEPP then please contact the Participant Helpdesk by calling (+44) 141 270 7618 or emailing helpdesk@ecepp.ebrd.com.
Help for EBRD Staff and EBRD Clients
The EBRD Helpdesk is available to assist Bank staff and Clients with the operation of ECEPP. To request assistance please email ppad-innovation@ebrd.com and one of the team will respond promptly. The EBRD Helpdesk will NOT respond to issues raised by Participants.
