2. Information on the Procurement Exercise

Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.

3. Other Information
Elektrodistribucija Srbije d.o.o. Beograd (hereinafter referred to as "the Client") is undertaking the Smart Metering Project – Phase 1A (Project No. 51299, hereinafter referred to as "the Project"). The Client now invites tenders for the following contract(s) (hereinafter referred to as "the Contract"), to be funded from a portion of the proceeds allocated to the Project:
LOT 1
1. Supply and installation of smart meters for residential customers within the territory of one designated Distribution Area (DA), DA Niš.
2. Supply and installation of cabinets and current transformers for balance meters at medium voltage/low voltage substations within the territory of DA Niš.
LOT 2
1. Supply and installation of smart meters for residential customers within the territories of two designated branches of Distribution Area Kraljevo: Čačak and Kraljevo.
2. Supply and installation of cabinets and current transformers for balance meters at medium voltage/low voltage substations within the territories of the two designated branches of Distribution Area Kraljevo: Čačak and Kraljevo.
Tenders are invited for one or more lots. Each lot must be priced separately. Tenderers submitting proposals for multiple lots may offer discounts, and these discounts will be taken into consideration during the tender evaluation process.
Tendering for contracts financed under this Project is open to firms and individuals from all countries. To qualify for the award of a Contract, tenderers must meet the criteria outlined in the Tender Document.
