1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named contract(s).

Additional financing information:
lot I site visit : The site visit will take place on June 16, 2022 (Departure at 9 a.m. from the project management headquarters located at avenue des FAR- Fès)

Lot II, III and IV site visit: The site visit will take place on June 17, 2022 (Departure at 9 a.m. from the project management headquarters located at avenue des FAR- Fès)

Lot V Site visit: The site visit will take place on June 16 and 17, 2022 (Departure at 9 a.m. from the project management headquarters located at avenue des FAR-Fès)

The information and clarification meeting concerning the Terms of Reference File (ToR) will take place on June 15, 2022 at 9 a.m. at the project management headquarters located at avenue des FAR-Fes, for the 05 lots)

The Project Environmental and social requirements clarification meeting will take place on June 15, 2022 at 2 p.m. at the project management headquarters located at avenue des FAR-Fes, for the 05 lots (preferably the tenderers will be represented by HSE managers)


2. Information on the Procurement Exercise

Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.

The documentation will include such information as: detailed technical and financial requirements; any information on lots; the expected outcome; eligibility and qualification requirements; contract start date; planned contract duration; any response requirements; any other relevant information.
