1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named contract(s).

2. Information on the Procurement Exercise

Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.

The type of contract and the procurement method is stated above. A full description of the procurement exercise is available within the documentation and is available free of charge in ECEPP.

The documentation will include such information as: detailed technical and financial requirements; any information on lots; the expected outcome; eligibility and qualification requirements; contract start date; planned contract duration; any response requirements; any other relevant information.

This procurement exercise will be conducted using the EBRD Client E-Procurement Portal (ECEPP). 3. Other Information
A clarification meeting and Site visit will take place.

The date and time of the event will be announced to the Tenderers 14 (fourteen) days days before the event.

The clarification meeting conducted by the Client will be organised the same date before the site visit
Participants who wish to participate in person in clarification meeting/site visits shall five (5) days prior to its holding provide the Client in written (on the participant’s letterhead) with the following information: Full name, the current position of each tenderer’s representative and copy of valid passport for each of persons who plans to attend the clarification meeting and/or site visit (3) persons maximum from each Participant). If the requested data do not submit in a due time and manner, the Client reserve the right to restrict the participation of such person due to security issues.

If it is found that not all Participants will be able to attend a clarification meeting and site visit, the format of the meeting can be further expanded to the format of videoconferencing. In this case, the Client organises the meeting via Zoom or other similar web-applications that will be designated. An access link will be provided no later than three (3) days before the clarification meeting to all the Participants who will express their interest in participating by providing an appropriate request. Under this scenario, the Client will provide photos and videos of the Site in lieu of the actual visit.

Non-attendance of clarification meeting will not constitute the reason for disqualification of the tenderer
