Invitation For Tenders Two Stage

1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named contract(s).

Additional financing information:
The planned budget for this project is 13,000,000.00 EUR.

This project is VAT exempt according the Loan Agreement for financing the project signed with European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Law on Guarantee (Official Gazette No. 124 dated 18th June 2019) of the Republic of North Macedonia.

2. Information on the Procurement Exercise

Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.

The type of procurement and the procurement method is stated above. A full description of the procurement exercise is available within the documentation and available free of charge on ECEPP.

The documentation will include such information as: detailed technical and financial requirements; any information on lots; the expected outcome; eligibility and qualification requirements; contract start date; planned contract duration; any response requirements; any other relevant information.

This procurement exercise will be conducted using the EBRD Client E-Procurement Portal (ECEPP). 3. Other Information
Corridor VIII+ is defined as the Corridor VIII, according to the definition of the pan European corridors, as well as the highway section Miladinovci-Stip (A3e) and the highway section (A2/ E65) Kicevo- Ohrid. On Corridor VIII+ five already Existing Toll Stations (Miladinovci, Glumovo, Zjelino, Tetovo and Gostivar) are located and three New Toll Stations (Kadrifakovo, Preod and Arbinovo) are going to be constructed. The Existing Toll Stations were upgraded some years ago, and now they have to be equipped with state-of-the-art-tolling-technology to make sure that the tolling systems on Corridor X and Corridor VIII+ are interoperable.
The Tenders include a mandatory Part 1 and an optional Part 2:

The tender will be evaluated on the prices of both parts (Part 1 and 2).
