1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

Additional financing information:
The total investments under the program, estimated at EUR 78.10 million out of which EUR 42.07 million are from EU cohesion funds and EBRD loan up to EUR 4.5 million. The rest will be supported by the state, the city of Zadar and the water company.

EBRD Procurement Policies and Rules do not apply to these contracts and no tender notice shall be published on EBRD’s or ECEPP website.
