General Procurement Notice

1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

Additional financing information:
The project will be jointly co-financed by the EBRD, and AFD, as well as two other MDBs.

2. Information on the Project

Project Description:
Civil works for extension of metro line by 13.4 kilometers from Ucyol to Buca districts, construction of 11 underground stations, depot area and 6 kilometers tunnel between main line and depot area. The contract will include excavation works, concrete works, and electromechanical installations.

The proposed project, which has a total estimated cost of EUR 648.5 million EUR, will require the procurement of the following components:

1. Civil works for metro line extension by 13.4 kilometers with construction of 11 underground stations, depot area and 6 kilometers connection tunnel between main line and depot area including electromechanical installations
2. Consulting Services for Corporate Development Programme (CDP)
3. Consulting Services for Implementation Support
