1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

EBRD loan - EUR 15 million
CTF loan - EUR 2.5 million
Client Funding - EUR 4.5 million

2. Information on the Project

Project Description:
The Communal Enterprise “Lvivelectrotrans” (“the Company”), a municipal public transport operator, wholly owned by the City of Lviv and the management of the City of Lviv has received loan financing from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Clean Technology Fund to finance the renewal of Company’s trolleybuses fleet and modernisation of selected infrastructure. The Project finances the following goods, works and services:

- Low-floor 12m trolleybuses (including diagnostic and maintenance equipment, tools, spare parts and associated services)
- Rehabilitation and modernisation of two depots
- Rehabilitation and modernisation of catenary network and associated infrastructure

3. Other Information

Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.

Procurement under this project will be conducted using the EBRD Client E-Procurement Portal (ECEPP). If you intend to participate in any procurement under this project, please ensure that you have registered in ECEPP (https://ecepp.ebrd.com). Registered entities will be notified directly when any procurement opportunities are published.

Please note that the Contracts for the Supply of trolleybuses and one Depot modernisation have already been signed.
