Reason for Addendum: Correction to the original invitation, namely within section 3 'Other Information' and in relation to Lot 3:

Lot 3 Rehabilitation of Regional Road R1303, section Kicevo - Makedonski Brod:- The alignment starts at the connection with the roundabout on the state road Kicevo - Ohrid and ends at the entrance of Makedonski Brod, before the existing bridge. The Works are consisted of rehabilitation of 25,7 km, with exception of the section from 23+100 to km 23+665 which was rehabilitated in 2019. The works are mainly consisted of scraping and milling of the existing pavement, demolition of the existing asphalt pavement, gutters, curbs and existing crushed stone layer, mechanical cutting of the existing pavement, repair of cracks, patching potholes, construction of asphalt layers and gutters, repairing of 3 bridges, cleaning of channels, etc. This Project refers to the western part of the Republic of North Macedonia.


Additional information to be added to section 3 'Other Information' of the original invitation and in relation to Lot 4, time for completion of work, conditions of contract, general information on lots and expected start date of the assignment:

Lot 4 Rehabilitation of Regional Road R1206, section Karpalak – Zelino:- The alignment of the Section Karpalak - Zelino, part of the Regional Road R1206 is in total length of 16 km, where the last 4 km have been rehabilitated in 2018. Consequently, subject to rehabilitation shall be the first 12,2 km of this road section. The existing road is with different width from 5.5m to 6.2m, and there are two interchanges on this section. The works are mainly consisted of scraping and milling of the existing pavement, existing asphalt pavement, gutters, curbs and existing crushed stone layer, mechanical cutting of the existing pavement, repair of cracks and potholes, construction of asphalt layers and gutters, cleaning of existing culverts, channels etc. This Project refers to the northwest part of the Republic of North Macedonia.

Time for Completion of the Works is: 12 (twelve) months for Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 3 and 9 (nine) months for Lot 4.

The Contract for works will be in accordance with FIDIC Conditions of Contract (Red Book - First Edition 1999, Conditions of Contract).

Tenders are invited for one or more lots. Each lot must be priced separately. Tenders for more than one lot may offer discounts and such discounts will be considered in the comparison of tenders.

The assignment is expected to start in June, 2020.
