Tender/Contract Reference No: 9434055: WORKS SUPERVISION SERVICES
Scope Of Contract: The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development signed a Loan Agreement with the City of Kragujevac in December 2015 to modernise the fleet of waste collection vehicles (Component 1), to finance 10 new streets construction and refurbishment works (Component 2) and construction of a new bus terminal (Component 3). Complementary technical assistance is provided by the Bank to the City to cover the required project implementation support, including procurement and supervision services.
Component 1 has been successfully implemented. Component 2 is expected to be launched shortly. Component 3 is subject to a separate confirmation.
The current terms of reference concerns the supervision of the following works contracts:
a) Under the Component 2: The rehabilitation of streets to be tendered out as a single stage tendering process and the FIDIC Red Book General Conditions of Contracts(with the estimated contract value of EUR 7.5 million); and
b) Under the Component 3: The design and build of a new bus terminal to be tender out as multiple stage tendering process and FIDIC Yellow Book General Conditions of Contracts (with the estimated contract value of EUR 5.0 million).
This contract is for the consultant who will undertake the supervision of the contracts for the Components 2 and 3
