1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

E5P grant - EUR 4 million
City co-financing - EUR 2 million

2. Information on the Project

Project Description:
State Communal Enterprise "LutskTeplo" received loan financing from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Developement and Clean Technology Fund and grant financing from the Eastern Europe Energy Efficiency Environmental Partnership to finance the rehabilitation and upgrade of critical district heating infrastructure in the City of Lutsk. Procurement and implementation of some Project component has been completed. The Project requires the procurement of the following remaining components:

- Modernisation of boiler houses - replacement of burners in hot water boilers
- CHS modernisation
- Monitoring and dispatching system - SCADA
