1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

Additional financing information:
EBRD loan - EUR 6 million
NDEP grant - EUR 3 million

2. Information on the Project

Project Description:
Lida City Unitary Enterprise of Housing and Communal Services “Lida GUP JKH” intends using the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the “EBRD” or “Bank”) and an investment grant from the Northern Dimension Environmental Partnership (the “NDEP”) administered by the Bank for a project aimed for reconstruction and upgrade of the wastewater system in the City of Lida to ensure compliance with the national and EU standards and HELCOM recommendations for effluent quality treatment. Lida Wastewater Project has been signed under the EBRD Belarus Water Sector Framework, phase 2.

The Project requires the procurement of the following remaining contract only (the procurement of other Project components is ongoing and shall be completed shortly):

- Rehabilitation of pressure sewers

3. Other Information

Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.
