Date of Addendum: 23/04/2020
Reason for Addendum: Taking into account the nature, complexity and scope of the works which are the subject of the procurement as well as in order to allow sufficient time for prospective tenderers to prepare competitive tenders, deadline for tenders submission is hereby extended as follows.

Tenderers shall submit their tenders electronically using ECEPP no later than 12:00 a.m. (UK time) on 01 June 2020.

Considering the above extension, requests for clarification shall be received by the Employer no later than fourteen (14) calendar days, prior to the deadline for submission of tenders, namely, no later than 18 May 2020.

Please note that all communication with the Employer in respect of the tender process including requests for clarifications and responses shall be submitted through ECEPP. Language of communication shall be the language of tender as stipulated by ITT 10.1 of the Tender Document.
