1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named contract(s).

Additional financing information:
The proceeds of the EBRD loans for the following projects are intended be used to finance the related to these projects supplies included in the tender: Namangan Regional Water and Wastewater (EBRD Project ID 51032), Horezm Water (EBRD Project ID 49358), Horezm Wastewater (EBRD Project ID 50526), Surkhandarya Water (EBRD Project ID 50979), Kashkadarya Wastewater (EBRD Project ID 50525).

Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.
