2. Information on the Project

Project Description:
State Communal Enterprise “Kostanay Su” intends using the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the “EBRD” or “Bank”) and co-financing from the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the “GOK”) for a project to support the rehabilitation and upgrade of the water and wastewater infrastructure in the City.
The Project requires the procurement of the following remaining contracts only (the procurement of other Project components is completed):

Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.
