1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

Additional financing information:
The Project is financed by EBRD loan and grants from EU and E5P with the Client financing local taxes.

2. Information on the Project

Project Description:
The proceeds of the loan and grant will finance the construction of an EU compliant regional landfill located in Hrazdan, relevant access infrastructure and the acquisition of vehicles, bins and other waste management equipment. The landfill will benefit some 215,000 people.

Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.
