General Procurement Notice

1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

Additional financing information:
The EBRD loan will be comprised of two tranches: a committed tranche of up to EUR 3.0 million (“Tranche 1”) and an uncommitted tranche of up to EUR 4.5 million (“Tranche 2”). The EBRD loan is proposed to be co-financed by a capital grant in the total amount of EUR 7.5 million, to be provided by the European Union (the “EU”) through the Investment Facility for Central Asia (the “IFCA”).
