Tender/Contract Reference No: 10101003: Reconstruction of Sarajevo water supply network - Phase I

Scope Of Contract: The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from, or Grant administered by, the
European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ('the Bank') for the above named project. Additional
financing details are as follows:
The Project will be 100% EBRD loan funded.
Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from/ grant administered by the Bank and will be open to
firms from any country.
Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules.
Bosnia and Herzegovina (the Borrower) has signed a loan agreements with the European Bank for
Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) for financing of the Sarajevo Water Project (SWP.) The Project will
be implemented by the Cantonal Public Water Utility Company - KJKP Vodovod i Kanalizacija d.o.o. Sarajevo
(the Employer). The first tranche of the loan amounts to 10 mil. EUR and the Employer intends to apply the
proceeds of this loan toward the cost of goods, civil works and consulting services, to be procured for the SWP.
The Employer now invites sealed tenders from contractors for the following contract to be funded from part of
the proceeds of the loan:



Description: Reconstruction of water distribution piplines on following locations; DN 200 on Dumača location, length 1.600m, DN 400 in Hasana Bibera Street, lenght 486 m, Lepenicka street , DN150 lenght 636 m and DN100 1.098m , Contract No. ViK – 04/ 2018


Description: Reconstruction of pressure water pipelines on Alipašin most – Centar; DN 500, length 1.500 m, DN 400 lenght 1.140m, Contract No. ViK – 05/ 2018

The procurement procedure to be applied is an Open tendering - single stage procedure.
The works contract is expected to be awarded and start in Q1 of 2019, with the duration of 3 months and Defects
Notification Period of 12 months.
The contract is expected to start on 28/02/2019 and last about 3 months, with Defects Notification Period of 12
months.
