This Invitation for Tenders follows the Invitation for Prequalification for this procurement which was published on the EBRD website, Project Procurement Notices (http://www.ebrd.com/pages/workingwithus/procurement/project.shtm) on 25/02/2020.
Procurement will be carried out in accordance with the EBRD “Procurement Policies and Rules” (PPR), which are published on the Bank’s website.
Government of Albania has received financing from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the “Bank”) in the form of a loan toward the cost of Regional and Local Roads Connectivity “the Project”. Albanian Development Fund (ADF), the executing agency (the "Client"), intends prequalifying individuals, firms and consortia to tender for the following contract(s), hereinafter referred to as “the Contract”, to be funded from part of the above proceeds.
The Client now invites tenders for the following contract(s), hereinafter referred to as “the Contract”, to be funded from part of the above proceeds:
“Rehabilitation of Shëngjin – Baks – Rrjoll Road (13 km)”. The construction period is 12 months. The Site is located at Shkodra and Lezha municipality. The works to be performed include excavation, filling, new structures, sub base and base. New asphaltic layers will be construction on the whole segment together with all new safety measurements such as vertical and horizontal signalization and guardrails. It includes also the construction of a bridge of 90 m span.
Only tenderers that have been pre-qualified for the proposed Contract(s) are invited to submit a tender.
To be qualified for the award of a Contract, tenderers must satisfy the criteria stated in the Tender Document.
This procurement exercise will be conducted using the EBRD Client E-Procurement Portal (ECEPP). A full description of the procurement exercise is available within the documentation and available free of charge on ECEPP.
