Addendum
Date of Addendum: 23/09/2020
Reason for Addendum: Taking into account the following circumstances:
- current international travel restrictions in Ukraine imposed by COVID-19 global outbreak,
- necessity of holding pre-tender meeting and site visit implied by the nature, complexity and scope of works under the Project, in order to ensure equal opportunities to all prospective Tenderers in terms of access to information required for preparation of competitive tenders,
- estimated time period required by the Employer to provide complete set of clarifications to all the issues that have been raised by prospective Tenderers,
the deadline for tenders submission is hereby extended as follows.

Tenderers shall submit their tenders electronically using ECEPP not later than 12:00 (UK time) on 04 December 2020.

Considering the above extension as well as changes incorporated to Tender Document by Amendment No.6, requests for clarification shall be received by the Employer no later than twenty-eight (28) calendar days prior to the deadline for submission of tenders, namely, not later than 06 November 2020.

Please note that all communication with the Employer in respect of the tender process including requests for clarifications and responses shall be submitted through ECEPP. Language of communication shall be the language of tender as stipulated by ITT 10.1 of the Tender Document.
