Scope Of Contract: Works Contract shall be for Construction of depot / administrative and operational facilities of State Enterprise Khojagii Kommunalii Nazdi Makomoti Ijroiyai Hokimiyati Davlatii shahri Kulob.
Contractor shall perform the following key works:
1. Construction site preparation: fences, temporary structures, signs, access roads, temporary energy supply, etc.
2. Demolition of old buildings.
3. Construction of main and auxiliary buildings and structures, including external and internal finishing.
4. Related earthworks and asphalt works
5. Laying of external engineering communications and their connection.
6. Arrangement of rainwater sewage and sewage treatment facilities.
7. Installation of engineering systems: energy supply, water supply, sewage, heating, ventilation, air conditioning.
8. Installation of communication systems, burglar alarms, video surveillance, alerts, etc.
9. Installation of hydrants, fire safety systems. Purchase and supply of the required firefighting equipment and inventory.
10. Landscaping and greening of the internal territory and adjacent sections.
11. Arrangement of external wall fencing.
12. Arrangement of street illumination.
13. Dismantling of temporary structures, garbage removal.
14. Performance of tests necessary for putting the facility into operation.
