Scope Of Contract: to facilitate the timely and effective implementation of the Project by providing assistance and support to the Client in the following:

1 Establishment and operation of the PIU;
2 Procurement including Tendering, Preparing Tender Evaluation Reports, Contract document Preparation and some Contracts administration/supervision as well as conducting training to the PIU & Implementing Entities staff;
3 Compliance & Reporting Obligations under the Financing Agreements;
4 Environmental and Social Action Plan and safeguards rules Implementation ; and
5 Equal Opportunity
