The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

The Project is funded by EBRD Loan and co-financed by SSF.

2. Information on the Project

Project Description:
The proposed Project includes components on (i) rehabilitating selected sections, including neighbourhoods previously served, and potential expansion of the district heating (“DH”) network; (ii) rehabilitating pumping stations and introducing metering at pumping station and pilot metering at apartment level (DH metering introduced for the first time in Tajikistan); and (iii) other auxiliary demand-side investments, such as procuring operational and maintenance machinery and equipment.
