1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

Additional financing information:
• Up to EUR 4.5 million commercial loan to Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund of the Republic of Srpska (“EPEEF” or the “Fund”) to finance implementation of energy efficiency (“EE”) measures in up to 20 public buildings (the “Project”) including engineering supervision, project Design Review, Preparation of Urban- technical Conditions, Energy Efficiency Certificates, EE Information system, EE Information system Quality Control;etc.
• Up to EUR 0.5 million of TC Grant for environmental and social due diligence, energy audits and detailed design preparation;
• Up to EUR 1 million investment grant mobilised by EBRD through EU REEP fund;


2. Information on the Project

Project Description:
The Project will finance the installation of EE measures in up to 20 buildings in order to achieve the reduction of energy consumption and cost savings. The Project is also expected to reduce CO2 emissions and achieve a higher standard of heating and cooling, and thus, better comfort for the users of these public buildings. Only buildings with energy consumption savings of at least 20% and CO2 reduction of at least 20% will be eligible.

Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.
