General Procurement Notice

1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

Additional financing information:
the Bank has agreed (i) to make a loan to the Borrower in the amount of EUR 2,000,000 (two million Euros), subject to the terms and conditions set forth or referred to in the Loan Agreement; and (ii) to make grant financing in an aggregate amount of EUR 3,000,000 (three million Euros) from the EU Investment Facility for Central Asia

2. Information on the Project

Project Description:
The Project is aimed at financing finance critical water supply improvements in the Municipalities of Myrzaki, Don-Bulak and Kurshab, including network rehabilitation as well as metering and O&M equipment investments.
