Scope Of Contract: The Accounting, Financial and Disbursement Expert will ensure that the accounting and financial management of the Projects will be implemented in accordance with the applicable laws of Republic of Moldova, international accounting and financial standards and set of policies and rules described in the in the Financing Documents and Projects Agreements. The Accounting, Financial and Disbursement /Expert will be responsible for producing on behalf of the Municipality of Chisinau’s administration all the financial reports required by the Projects Financiers and Republic of Moldavan central authorities and audit bodies.
