Scope Of Contract: The objective of this assignment is to engage the Consultant to assist the DPF in enhancing its asset and investment management capacity through supporting the development and implementation of a new investment strategy based on the recently approved legal and regulatory framework and building related in-house expertise and capacity. The assignment together with the EBRD investment are expected to increase confidence in the country’s financial sector and contribute to its stability by enhancing its capacity to withstand potential non-systemic bank failures, including potential shake-up in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
