1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

EBRD loan, CFT loan, E5P grant, co-financing from the City of Lviv

2. Information on the Project

Project Description:
Lviv City Communal Enterprise 'Lvivteploenergo' is using the proceeds of loans from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Clean Technology Fund (CTF) and a grant from the Eastern Europe Energy Efficiency and Environment Partnership (E5P) Fund for a project aimed at reducing energy losses, reducing gas and electricity consumption and improving the quality of service of the heat and hot-water supply system in the City of Lviv. The approved financing for the Project is EUR 30 million equivalent.
All contracts have already been signed, and the Client is continuing with the procurement of one remaining contract to be financed from the proceeds of EBRD and CTF loans:
- Biomass fuelled CHP
The tender has commenced outside of ECEPP and is now limited to the prequalified companies only.

3. Other Information

The remaining contract is subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and is limited to the prequalified companies only. The prequalification and the first stage of the tender have been completed outside of ECEPP. The tender is transferred to ECEPP at Bank's instructions, and the notice is published for information purposes only to comply with ECEPP procedures.
