1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

EBRD loan, CTF loan, E5P investment grant, City co-financing

2. Information on the Project

Project Description:
Municipal Enterprise 'Zhytomyrteplokomunenergo' of the Zhytomyr City Council is using the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD or the Bank) and the Clean Technology Fund and a grant from the Eastern Europe Energy Efficiency and Environment Partnership (E5P) Fund for a project aimed at reducing energy losses, reducing gas and electricity consumption and improving the quality of service of the heat and hot-water supply system in the City of Zhytomyr. The original Project financing was circa EUR 15 million equivalent, and the implementation of the Project is nearing completion.

The last remaining contract to be procured is:

- Supply and installation of biomass fuelled CHP
