Scope Of Contract: Subject of this Contract is the reconstruction, adaptation and upgrading of the existing administrative building, construction of a garage for small vehicles and the exterior decoration of the complex with the addition of the missing infrastructure. The subject complex of the Regional Center "Niš" is located on the cadastral plot number 3799/1 Cadastral Municipality of Popovac, near the highway E-75 (section Belgrade-Niš), on the west side of the access to the city of Niš.
