Contract Description: Scope of the services under this contract: 1.Preparation of a PSC for GRAS based on proper performance-based incentives and operational controls in place to deliver the public transport services, but be specifically tailored to the individual structure and balance of the Canton. The PSC and the associated monitoring systems to be developed should follow the minimum content contained within EU Regulation 1370/2007. 2.Reviewing the existing ticketing system including single tickets and passes for all modes of public transport; and proposing a new approach to ticketing or improvements to the existing system. 3.Developing a new tariff methodology for public transport services to ensure cost coverage taking into account affordability constraints within Canton; and prepare a tariff plan to be approved by the Canton.
