The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

Additional financing information:
A non-sovereign corporate loan of up to EUR 8.5 million to the Company

Project Description:
i) upgrade of Energy Management System (EMS) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system; ii) Back-up Control Centre and new IT systems and iii) construction of ISO premises.
