1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named contract(s).

Additional financing information:
AGREEMENT dated 18 March 2020 between the KINGDOM OF MOROCCO (the "Borrower") and EUROPEAN BANK FOR RECONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT (the "Bank").

the Bank is in the process of arranging, subject to the entry into by the Bank of a delegation agreement with the European Union (i) funds from the European Union Neighbourhood Investment Platform for an amount of up to EUR 25,000,000 (twenty five million euros) on a grant basis to assist the Borrower in implementing Part A of the Project, (ii) technical cooperation funds from the European Union Neighbourhood Investment Platform on a grant basis for an amount of up to EUR 2,000,000 (two million euros) to assist the Borrower in implementing Parts B(1), B(2) and B(3) of the Project, of which up to EUR 400,000 (four hundred thousand euros) will be used for the Lender’s Monitor for the benefit of the Bank, and (iii) in relation to the ABH Sebou (a) funds from the European Union Neighbourhood Investment Platform on a grant basis for an amount of up to EUR 500,000 (five hundred thousand euros) for the purchase of equipment by the ABH Sebou to implement Part A(3) of the Project and (b) technical cooperation funds from the European Union Neighbourhood Investment Platform on a grant basis for an amount of up to EUR 850,000 (eight hundred and fifty thousand euros) to assist the ABH Sebou in implementing Part B(4) of the Project; subject to the terms and conditions to be set forth in one or more agreements (the "EU Grant Agreement(s)") to be entered into between the Bank and the Borrower
