1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

Additional financing information:
The Project is financed by EBRD loan of up to KZT 3 billion and co-financed by the Government of Kazakhstan (the "GoK") under the Enhanced Partnership Framework Arrangements (the "EPFA") with up to KZT 1.8 billion, subject to approval by the GoK, as well as by the Local Contribution of KZT 0.2 billion from Ust-Kamenogorsk city akimat.

2. Information on the Project

Project Description:
The project envisages four investment components:

1) Reconstruction of heat transmission networks (of 2225 m total length);
2) Reconstruction of the heat supply system in the Menovnoye settlement;
3) Rehabilitation of automation systems of heat pump stations in Ust-Kamenogorsk city;
4) Purchase of specialized vehicles and equipment.

Components 1-3 have been tendered and procured in 2019. The Company will require procurement of the component “Purchase of specialized vehicles and equipment” in 2020.

3. Other Information

Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.
