The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

Additional financing information:
The contract will be financed by EBRD Shareholder Special Fund.

The EBRD aims to support NUCA with this technical cooperation to facilitate building the necessary institutional capacity and procedures to develop sustainable and efficient investment and asset management plans.
