Scope Of Contract: The objective of the assignment is to support the client in drafting the new or amending the existing legal regulations in transport sector, in order to improve the organisation and regulation of the sector in accordance with good transport sector practices and the recommendations of the European Union (EU). While drafting the legal regulations it will be necessary to adhere to the
recommendations and instructions from the client, and to take into account all plans and strategies for improvement of the transport sector that have been adopted by the client.
In addition to the above, the objective of the assignment is to assist with transformation of the Roads Directorate of Sarajevo Canton into an autonomous government-owned company.
