Scope Of Contract: Description of works and services provided
1.1 The Objectives of the project "Reconstruction of the channel for standards-compliant treated wastewater and remediation of evaporation fields" are
I. Avoidance of the impact on the atmospheric air of Atyrau, on groundwater, flora and fauna;
II. Cleaning and remediation of disturbed lands of the evaporation field;
III. Decommissioning of the earthen channel and pipeline construction;
1.2 This contract provides for the following types of work:
I. Construction of two dividing dams and construction of one dike-dam for sector No.1;
II. Dewatering of the channel and areas of the evaporation fields occupied by wastewater;
III. Remediation of disturbed lands;
IV. Reed mowing;
V. Tilling of evaporation fields;
VI. Leveling of evaporation fields surface by a motorized grader;
VII. Biological treatment of the fields soil from oil pollution;
VIII. Three-time grubbing of the fields to extinct newly growing reeds;
IX. Laying pipelines to replace an open channel;
X. Construction and installation works;
XI. Supply of equipment and materials by the Contractor (Attachment No.1 to the technical specification);
XII. Hook-up & start-up and test work;
XIII. Facility commissioning.
