3. Other Information
ITT-5 Upgrading of operational facilities, including installation of chlorination & sterilisation equipment.
The assignment consists of the following activities:
- rehabilitation of the boreholes including replacement of the submersible pumps, raising mains and pavilions at the main water intake
- rehabilitation of the 2nd lift pumping station, including replacement of the vertical pumps, control cabinets, transformers at the main water intake
- installation of the sodium hypochlorite hydrolysis plant at the main water intake
- rehabilitation of the several booster pumping stations over the city, including replacement of the pumping units and rehabilitation of the civil structures
- construction of the 4th lift booster pumping station
- other works
