1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

Additional financing information:
The Kozloduy International Decommissioning Support Fund (KIDSF) has been established and is administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to finance, or co-finance preparation and implementation of selected projects.

2. Information on the Project

Project Description:
Decommissioning Projects:
• Provision of dismantling and fragmentation tools and equipment in Reactor and Auxiliary building (Project 13b and 13c)
• Design and implementation of Emergency Power Supply for the Consumers of Compressed Air and Nitrogen Station to the PMF (Project 32b-6)
• Installation of pipelines carrying aqueous solutions of ammonia and sodium hydroxide to PMF (Project 32b-7)
• Procurement of a tanker for collection, transport, compliant storage and feed supply of the ammonia water and sodium hydroxide (reagents) needed for the operation of PMF(Project 32b-8)
• Supply and implementation Phase of Modernisation of SD ”RAW-Kozloduy” to Receive and Process Decommissioning RAW (Project 48-2)
National Disposal Facility (Repository) projects
• Design and construction of multi-layer test cover of NDF at Radiana site
• Pre-disposal monitoring at Radiana site
• Controlled Area Projects Management Unit (CA-PMU) for Kozloduy NPP Units 1 to 4 Decommissioning Programme

Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.
