2. Information on the Procurement Exercise
Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.

The documentation will include such information as: detailed technical and financial requirements; any information on lots; the expected outcome; eligibility and qualification requirements; contract start date; planned contract duration; any response requirements; any other relevant information.

Ministry of the Local Development “MoLD”, Client, invites contractors to submit their sealed tenders for the following project:
Construction of New Mechanical and Biological Treatment (MBT) facilities with different capacities in Dakahlia and Kafr El-Sheikh Governorates.
The works are divided into two (2) Lots with four (4) sections as follows:
Lot 1
1. Section 1: Construction of new MBT at Belqas city in Dakahlia Governorate with a capacity of 600 ton/day.
2. Section 2: Construction of new MBT at El-Hamoul city in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate with a capacity of 600 ton/day.
Lot 2
3. Section 3: Construction of new MBT at Kafr El-Sheikh city in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate with a capacity of 600 ton/day.
4. Section 4: Construction of new MBT at Desouq city in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate with a capacity of 600 ton/day.
