General Procurement Notice

1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

Additional financing information:
A sovereign-guaranteed loan of EUR 167.6 million in favour of Public Enterprise for State Roads. The Project will be co-financed with a EUR 20.8 million investment grant provided by the European Union (EU) through the Western Balkans Investment Framework (WBIF). The remaining sub-section of 2 km from Blace Interchange to Border Crossing Blace with the Republic of Kosovo is financed from PESR’s budget and is currently under construction.

2. Information on the Project

Project Description:
The Project will finance the construction of a new 10 km long sub-section of the TEN-T Route 6 motorway running from Skopje (intersection Stenkovec) to Blace Interchange, close to the border with the Republic of Kosovo.
