Construction works of cca 900 km of fibre optic network in 54 municipalities of the Republic of Serbia (167 clusters/sections of works). The works contract for the associated broadband infrastructure works will be procured following ‘Open’ Single Stage tendering procedure, in accordance with the provisions of Section 3 of the Bank’s PP&Rs. The EBRD standard tender documents and the FIDIC Red Book General Conditions of Contract will be used.
