1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

Additional financing information:
A non-sovereign unsecured corporate loan of up to EUR 20 million to Elektroprenos-Elektroprijenos BiH a.d Banja Luka (TransCo or the Company), the Transmission System Operator (TSO) in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) for the modernisation and upgrading of the Company’s core telecommunications systems (the Project).

The Project comprises supply and installation of a new telecommunications system and back-up power supplies in sub-stations to ensure system reliability
